Job lot, selling up?

So, as I inevitably need to sell the house and move, as its too small for our family

:smt115

Will someone please....

Buy my house?
Buy my car?
Buy my Raptor?
Buy the ZZR?
Buy the contents of my house?

Take in a dog and a cat?

.....then I promise to send you a postcard and a bottle of homebrew a year :cheers:

I need this to be rather a quick transaction, I would preferably wish to be in a economical car, travelling to a Med island somewhere mid October.
It can't be any sooner as SonNo1 is taking grammar school exams on the 6th.....this is paramount, always have to have a 'planB' in the wings ;)

ps...Suzy is coming with me, on a trailer, I am allowed one bike taken to said country without question :smt040

Feel free to offer me vast quantities of silly money, so I can plan my escape.......you think I am joking?

You could always sell the kids into child slavery which would have the benefit of you not needing a larger house (would actually give you more room), relieves any long term debt (especially if they were going to end up going to Uni etc) and gives you disposable income in the meantime.

Win/Win

You are pulling my leg....right? :smt104 Surely 'life sales' on ebay would of the far more attractive variety, than an ex council house in Hapifax?

I'd say that was a small part of it yes....along with potholes, petrol, crap people(strangers and inbred locals), and generally would just prefer a better quality of life somewhere my family will be at home, and a place Peg will be welcomed back to with open arms.

How old is your current house?
If its less than 100yrs then you can part ex it for a new build. Brilliantly simple and does save you a considerable chunk in the long run.

Re: Job lot, selling up?

No idea how old, but it'll be less than 100yrs, being red bricked and council built.
I would not have a new build though if I was given one for free tbh!

I don't wish to hear the neighbours talking at their kitchen table over my tv, and would preferably not want to hear the old bloke next door snoring in his bed through the bedroom walls! I have one of those already :)

I find current new builds characterless, and they all seem to be built from the same range of plans, chosen off a cereal box, usually ugly, with very little garden, and built too close to neighbouring buildings.......

......a bit like the ones currently popping up at the bottom of my garden :(
