What bikes do people buy after owning an Sv650?

Hi all,

Just wondering what you lot go to after an Sv650, i know alot of members on here don't own one anymore. I've had mine 6 months now-from new, and whilst 88% of me is happy with it(being great for the commute to work and weekend jollies in the sun) the other 12% is always looking at bike mags and wondering what i fancy next(if i decided to sell).

I didn't find the SV seat particularly comfortable for longer rides, so I bought a VFR as well.

How was the CCM used? As a commuter?? Twisties??
I had a KTM trailbike behind me today and he had no problem keeping up with my Sv.

Still got the SV, well one of them, she was my first love. Then I bought the VRaptor 1000:cheers:

Peg went from SV(had no choice it were a bit squashed), to the Z750 for three months, thought it were ****, and bought the Z1000. An absolute cracking bike.
Rode that for about 30k and a couple of years, then got the ZZR1400, which is at 35k after three years. It is the best bike he has ever ridden.
He has ridden an awful lot before and after the SV, but those are the important ones.

I tried a VFR at Fowlers a while back, I always thought that it would be my dream bike, but it just felt so wrong. Try before you buy, just incase it does not suit you. ;-)

I bought my SV, failed my DAS and went on to a CG125, does that count? :D

I am now back on the SV now though, anyone know a good place to get a nice seat from? :-)

The wife keeps pointing at her ZRX11 and says similar about that too! :-(

I have been thinking of chopping her in for a Versys...

The Bike, not the wife. Although... :smt083
