Neon signs

Anyone do neon signs on here?
Or any suggestions to a different method?

My sis wants to get my BIL an illuminated sign for his garden 'bar' for his birthday, any useful help appreciated.

Yes, do it with LED's. Either the flexible stuff, or the strip stuff, nice and easy.

Yeah I did think of some kind of strip light but it's not a pub like as a neon sign, but cheaper I guess.

It does need to be external too though.

A backlit signbox would be weatherproof

something like this? I googled it, there's also tradition 'bar' neon signs from a few websites.

Cheers for that mate, I was thinking proper 'cheers' font in the neon tbh but this may be too expensive.
