Stopping the butterflys from fully closing - fuel injection?

I know triumph 675 do it to stop rear chatter, it lowers the engine breaking. but has anyone tried it on sv650 so to stop rear wheel chatter on braking to sharp hairpins? It would be slightly crude version, just all the time stoping the butterflys from closing. Would it work???
As said I have hassle with it chattering(hopping) when I was at brands coming up to druids but nowhere else, I can only conclude it's to do with the heavier braking there and quick downshifts, Snetterton had no hassles.
