To be fair, karting is great fun. Half price on wednesdays around where I am, might start going again haven't been in a while!

That track doesn't look that great tbh, needs a long straight to really put your foot down.

megalolz @ tell me why track ;)

karting is great, went for my 26th birthday in january this year "the biggest out door track in yorkshire" - cracking day until one of the karts started dropping oil and we all started crashing/spinning off. Defo go again soon :)

Nice vid chap. I love karting too. I tend to kick ass when I go with my mates. It's a combination of being skinny (every pound/kilo counts!) and obviously being a driver of legendary skill. hehehehe. Oh, and it helps that they'll all quite sheet.

Great idea to take the cam though mate. I'll definitely be taking my helmet and cam next time. :)

I've been on one with a long-ish straight, I prefer tight and twisty :) you can still take half that circuit flat out regardless of the corners

Thanks! It only dawned on me to take it right before I was setting off, glad I did

My best time yesterday was 27.7 and the lap record is 25.1, I have a target \\:D/

I sense that some sort of ORG karting event might need to be organised, with us filming the action (from the front of the pack of course :D).

Seems like Karting and Paintballing are turning up on the voucher sites at the moment, if anyone fancies getting on something like that...

It was £21.75 for 20 mins yesterday, think it's usually £27 for 25 mins. There might be cheaper places though but I like the setup at Daytona
