First ride
 

First time out on a bike since my accident 11 months ago. OH YEAH!!! Feels good to be back on 2 wheels even if it is a steady bimble along to the MOT centre.
Haven't quite got my mojo back yet. Felt awkward at times and this bike doesn't have stomp grips like the last one so I kept sliding forward even under light braking. Plus there's standing water, I'm on supercorsa's which I thought were pants in the wet before and when going through town there's a little part of me that thinks the car in the side road wants to hurt me.

Anyway, had to tell someone. Oh wait here comes the MOT tester.........

Nice one mate. Now you just need time back on the road to build your confidence up. Come riding with me and I'll make you look like a pro!

You coming off was one of the first threads I read when I signed up a year ago, so I'm really glad to hear you're back and riding again. And it's a blue curvy, so double yay!

Nice one matey.

I'm picking up my curvy tomorrow from High Wycombe and riding it back down to the south coast. First proper ride in 10 years,,so need to get back into the swing of riding too. Very much looking forward to it though.

Good news, now you can just get on with it, rather than banging on about how how sad you are that you don't have a bike, waahh, wah ,wah. ;-)
