I don't understand why he's suing BMW, did they make him fit an aftermarket corbin seat? Surely he'd be suing corbin? (unless it's an official extra I guess)

Knowing their court system,,he might win. I love reading some of the claims, one of my favourites was the bloke who bought a brand new Winnebago. He picked it up & once he got on the motorway, he selected cruise control & went into the back to make a coffee.

Needless to say he didn't stay on the road long and wrote off his shiny new house on wheels. He took the company to court and won, because it didn't say in the manual that he still had to steer whilst using cruise control.

Winnebago had to change all the user manuals because of that idiot lol.
