Warning - A91 into St Andrews

Looks like the council/roads department are about to ruin a nice wee road.

The road goes from Guardbridge into St Andrews.

Driving along today i noticed that there are loads of the "loose gravel" and 10mph signs displayed.

It appears that they are going to be putting the loose stuff down that gets pressed into the road by cars and other 4 wheeled vehicles.

Juat letting you know as this stuff is treacherous.

Bloody Dumfries and Galloway council are ruining so many of the good back roads around here with this awful surface dressing. In the last month both myself and my neighbour have had very close calls on ridges of gravel left in the road. Makes me bloody furious that they are allowed to use this method and put bikers in danger.

Highand Region are at it too :(
Their squad seem to make quick progress, springing up in another place every few days.
They had a problem with a batch of tar last year, near Tain. The tar never set.
