Which new tyres - again

Well, Had the bike for around 2 weeks and done around 2000 mile on it already. got some receipts saying the tyres were changed about 200 mile before I got the bike but noticed today that the bike felt a tad weird when cornering and felt like I was going to come off once or twice. Took a look at the rear tyre and its starting to square off in the middle and has pretty much no tread left in the center all the way round.

Guess its due to the fact I do 76 mile (Houghton Regis to Center of London) a day on it (around 70 of that is motorway miles and A road (M1, A1, A501)) I currently have ContiRoad Attack 2 on both front and back. Front appears to be fine but as stated above the back is pants.

Can anyone recommend a tyre that isn't going to die so fast?

Re: Tyre Recommendation

I cover pretty much the same mileage and have done for several years, I've not found a tyre better for both grip/handling and mileage than these http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.p...22#post2751122, but then that's what the tyre section is for, probably best to review it yourself.

Cheers Mark
