Electro - it's a full system replace! Got an old baxi back boiler circa 1980 so pipes need done, rads, stat, everything.

How many rads u got? How much have you been quoted?

7. I have a friend who is gas safe registered and a good plumber. He has given me a rough estimate of £2500 but he hasn't measured up or anything yet.

Re: Shiny Shiny needs a new home!! CBR600RR (2010)
Electro will be closer with the costs, but scratch higher end with vat on each item:
Combi condensing boiler: £1,000 Radiators (compact double panels) between: £90 and £190 each TRV's are about £30 each (one per rad) for good quality ones Depending on how you split the system (single or loop per floor), controllers will be between £25 (single) and £190 (Loop per floor) Pipework say roughly 120m at 15mm £350 Labour would be a week for 1 to 2 guy's, so about £800 I'd guestimate £4k but thats working on a semi size house Nic what size house you in? |
