Sv1000 is a great bike to ride, yes it corners mighty fast.

19 lol . Be 20 on january 12th the day my insurance runs owt . Had a quote on sv1000 for £605 TPFT and fazer £500 TPfT . So thinking sv1000£605 is cheap for insurance to me. Cause cars ar like 4k insurance

the fazzer 6 and sv1000 are both good bikes,(although the sv has been known to suffer from clutch rattle due to wore shock absorber springs, meaning new clutch drum) and of course the sv has about 30 more hp,and being biassed as i have one, dont forget the honda v4s,forget the vtec have a look at the 800 pre vtec if you can find a lowish milage and good condition one, although milage aint that important if its looked after as the engine is good for 250k,and is only slightly slower then the sv1000,also abit more sportier and not for every one, theres the honda fireblades, there all good apart from the 954 which suffers from cracked engine blocks, and if not abused and with the now famous honda build quality you can pick a good blade up to match most pockets, although the very early ones are going up in value and are becoming sought after in stock condition

Blade might be high insurance though.
Insurance quote before ridding one.
Makes a big different once you have one years NC.

You dont need a bigger bike then a 600, i just gone from a sv650s curvy to a R6 and its so planted and has so much power you will never use it all.

Plus a 600 is also cheaper to insure, tax, easier on tyres, chains etc.

My opinion

P.S it will also smoke a lambo ;-)
