Sourcing valve stem seals online?
 

Hi

Was just wondering if anybody could point me in the right direction to find some valve stem seals online for a good price?

My sk4 engine is smoking like a rasta on idle, run on, and low revs, though stops on full chat, I'm no mechanic by any stretch of the imagination, bit from what I've read on forums etc these are the likely culprits, giving the above symptoms, I am also wondering if people think I am right, or if it could be (the more tricky / expensive) piston rings?

Would also like to check that all I will need is head gaskets (don't know if they are stretch head bolts?), valve stem seals, and possibly shims?

I've got the cams from a 99 so will swap the exhaust cams over, is there anything else I might as well do whilst I'm there?
