Riders down
 

Last night, I was out with a couple of friends.
They were heading down to their local meeting place, I tagged along.

When I get there, was apparent something wasn't right. My friend's 5 days old R1 in a hedge, him and his friend on the floor and a gentleman riding a moped down.

I did not see the accident and so cannot comment on what happened.

My friend riding the R1 has been taken to hospital and cannot breathe on his own from what I understand. He had another guy on the back who came off lucky with just a broken leg and concussion.

and to the gentleman who passed away, RIP.

It was quite a reality check, the gentleman on the moped, apparently, (and this is heresay) left work half an hour early. So sad for the family, and my heart goes out to them.

Accidents like this are so sad...

really make you evaluate your life and everything in it.
