How to fit Remus Revolution?
 

Hi people, I have a SV650s (03) which still has its standard can. My mate is giving me his Remus Revolution can, can you guys give me some advice on how to fit it myself. Can I simply unbolt the old one and slip the new one on, or do I have to saw the old one off?

Pictures of the can would be good so we can see what fixings your working with. But nine times out of ten you should buy a suitable link pipe.

Sorry mate I dont have any pics at the moment but my mate says it has everything, so I guess it has the link as well

1) Assuming the can he's giving you is from the same year (99-02 or 03, or 04-12 - all being different)
2) Assuming you currently have a standard can

You will need to cut the existing exhaust link pipe at the correct point, then just unbolt the can and bolt on the new exhaust & link pipe. Measure twice, cut once ;)

all sorted now, looks and sounds great.
I took it to the garage since i have no tools with me, we had to cut the old one off
