Who is this?

20 seconds in, I spotted an SV engine.
So was just wondering if any one in here knows who it is or who it belongs to?

You can do short track 'trackday/training' days as I remember. They did/do them at a place in s****horpe and couple of others places.
Supposed to be good fun from what I've read.
