LED Indicators Fitted
 

OK Guys,

I have a SV650S K3 and have just installed LED Indicators front and rear, also replaced the Relay for an aftermarket LED relay which has sorted the flash rate out and the indicators are working a treat. The only problem im having, well not a problem as such just annoying me is the indicator lights on the dash no longer go out completely when they flash. They do flash just kind or stay lit at the same time, if that makes sense. Has anyone else found this or know a fix?

Yeah I get this too. When the turn signal is flicked on the dash light goes from bright to dim as the Indys flash, but never goes completely off until turn signal is cancelled.
Doesn't bother me at all. I've had mine on the sv for around 15 months and haven't had any related problems or Indy failure. You'll forget about it soon enough.

Same on my k3. I don't know of a fix. They are also affected by the clutch and side stand switches

well if thats the way it gotta be i guess i'll just have to learn to live with it ;), would be great to get the dash to flash as it should tho. Like ya say, the indicators flash as they should so it not a problem.
