Both carbs leaking underneath
 

Hi,

I took out my carbs for cleaning and when I put them back and started the engine both were leaking from float bowl gasket.
What do you thing, is it due not tighten them enough or poor float level adjustment?
I did try to set float tab at 7mm when I cleaned it.
