at what point are you having a bad morning?
Woke up before my alarm this morning (unusual) got up and ready, thought I would try my new gloves that I bought back in August in the Hein Gericke closing down sale, took all of the tags off and went downstairs to the bike. Put the left glove on and oh did it feel so nice, tried to put the right one on and something didn't seem right. Then it dawned on me that I had been sold 2 left gloves. Having a bad morning.
Old Summer gloves on and I need petrol (Went to Reserve yesterday on the way to work, too damn lazy to fill up on the way home last night) got to the petrol station and no fuel. Still having a bad morning Managed to get to the next one on fumes. The morning seems to be getting better. Got to work early, things are looking up so I decide to have some cereal, First mouthful and the milk is off, decide coffee is the way forward, Work runs out of coffee... Not impressed. |
Re: at what point are you having a bad morning?
In my experience, days like that just keep on going the same way.
Therefore, if you hope it will get better, you may only be disappointed. But if you resign yourself to it staying crappy, you might just have a nice surprise if something finally goes right :-) |

Those days are definitely best spent at home, there's less to go wrong, & if things get REALLY bad, you got a phone handy to call the Ambulance :O

Re: at what point are you having a bad morning?
I found out my local Hein Gericke is open as usual so at least I can try to sort out the gloves, This day feels very weird indeed almost like a karma exercise, for everything that goes wrong something shall go right.
Plan of the day is to try not to do anything then so nothing more can go wrong/right! |
