Should AndrewSmith be Exiled?
 

Cabinet members. I hereby raise the question of the sustainability of AndrewSmith in the Empire. Constant off-message postings, challenging the authority of the Cabinet and even Avatar abuse. I feel it time for trial by Cabinet.

Exile process.
Outline case for the defense and prosecution is put forward.
The relative merits are discussed by the Cabinet.
If the defendant interrupts due process then he or she is immediately found guilty.
If the defendant attempts to interrupt this thread or posts more subversive content in other threads he or she is immediately found guilty.

Case for the defense:-
The Empire is such an amazing place it's only fair for others to want to be a part of it. However being of Northern extraction (assumed) he is unclear on how to sustain a pleasant, constructive conversation with southerners. He will try very hard to be pleasant and constructive should he be found non-guilty.

Case for the Prosecution:-
He's done nothing but chip away at the Empire and post inappropriate "Chuck" quotes. He's clearly a lost cause and being Exiled is too good for him. And his current Avatar looks like Stuart who really messed about a girl I used to work with which she didn't deserve!


Cabinet please air your views.

Unfortunately for AndrewSmith the old Judge is off on "special leave" after calling the carpark attendant a pleb.

A constant annoyance, striving to derail any thread possible, worst of all the failure (after countless explanations) to comprehend the machinations of the New Model Britain.

This nefarious character needs to be lanced like the troublesome boil that he is!

As a northern resident, I'd like to say this - you can have him, as long as you keep him down there with you (preferably somewhere isolated - bottom of a lake, if you've got any that'll last the week out)

As a fellow non-GM resident, I would like to vote on behalf of Andrewsmith. Another case for his defence is that you need a subversive in every Government. Some would say Andrewsmith is a of the common folk and thus relates to a section of the public. Look at Two Jags ...er, John Prescott for instance!

In order for the Empire to be truly representative, I believe you need a character (only one mind you) like Andrewsmith.
