Race can on 33BHP? Again.

Will adding an aftermarket exhaust increase my HP past my 33bhp limit?

The bike is restricted with a throttle restrictor I believe.

Regardless of if it would be legal or not - anyone know of a cheap, noisy stubby exhaust?

NOT A RACE EXHAUST, IGNORE THE MODS EDITING THINGS WRONG.

Depends whether your bike has a catalyst as standard.
If you remove that (as part of your OEM silencer) I would say, you stand every chance of exceeding your bhp restriction. As your restrictor kit would have been designed with the cat' in mind and how it would affect the bikes performance

The standard can can flow enough for the bike to make 70ish bhp, so even that can certainly flow more than you're using now, any more that a race can might theoretically flow isn't going to be used, the restriction is on the intake.

A race can will make about 1 Bhp more, fairly useless without changing the exhaust system
