Withdrawal symptoms

Is it me. But after a week of man flu I've not been out on bike at all.
(Not the weather just blocked ears so dizzy .)
So last night I'm just messing about checking tyres chain levels.
All spot on as I did it last Friday.
Bit sad just sat on it whilst warming the oil .
Do I need counseling ?
