Which tail tidy?

Hi all,
Im thinking of getting a tail tidy are they a git to fit?
What kit would you recommend and where is from please.
Also will led indicators just wire up and work on the standard wiring?

Many thanks.

In all fairness... Tail tidy's on a SV are a pain to fit but once get used to removing the whole rear tail fairing its pretty straight forward.

Ive got a Hamicad one in which I think they look the best using the existing numberplate light but you can only get these second hand.

There is plenty makes to choose from in which most people go for R&G, Evotech or Hamicad.

Led indicators will work but you will either need to use resistors to slow the current down or replace the flasher relay( the best option).

Ebay is your best bet!

I got an Evotech, took about an hour to fit the thing and it uses the original lights. I don't really need more than 1 tail tidy so i've not tried any others.

Theres a guide floating around showing whats involved in fitting one.

I've got the evotech one too. If you want take it to Mark at Johns of Romford will take him 40 minutes to strip and fit. Only changed me about £30 for it too.

If you get the evotech dont get the mini.

Can puck them up off ebay for £55 and you just use the old and existing indicators and numberplate light hope this helps you too choose.
