Wanted; Sv650s 2011 l1 33 bhp ecu
 

Hi All, new to the forums and in the process of buying my next bike, an SV650 :D

Its going to have to be restricted to 33BHP due to the fact I'm on an A2 license
From what I've read the washer and throttle stop restriction makes the bike run awful.
So I'm going to need an ECU restriction but to buy these from Suzuki are near the £400 mark so I'm not to keen on that.
If I understand right anything from K7 onwards is a twin plug ECU so I'm guessing the L1 is twin plug, so my question is...

Does anyone have a Twin Plug 33BHP ECU for sale? :)

Also...

Once I've found and bought a 33bhp ecu and fitted it how do I get proof thats its 33bhp for insurance purposes and whatever else I may need it for?

There's currently one on eBay for £155 or best offer with certificate. You don't actually need to proof of the bikes restricted for the insurance.

I cannot find such product on eBay :(, do you have a link? :)

So me telling them it has a 33bhp ECU fitted is enough for them to insure me?

I'm currently on a restricted license too and only informed them of the ecu re never been asked for proofstriction qbf
