Ok so the other half wiped the front of the Juke .
Its two weeks wait before they will collect it and no courtesy car mean time.
Can I ligitamly claim it's excessive and get the car fixde else were d or temp fix (lights), and claim it?

Just phone your insurance and say you want it done by a main Nissan agent and not a recomended repairer as you can't be without a car. What you can and can't get away with depends on who is a fault.
