Nah, the key to good riding is to have a mind bending hangover before setting out on the Saturday fun bimble.

At least 4 coffees and 5 fags before setting off.
A sausage, spam and egg sandwich containing enough calories to last a week and enough fat to brew a gallon of biodiesel at the first stop.
And back to the pub again when you get home.
