No longer at work and bored.
 

30th November was my last working day in the RAF but i am not officially finished until 11th March. For the last 3 weeks i have been enjoying a life of luxury, having lie ins in the morning and just dossing around, but now i am really bored with doing that.

I have been applying for jobs but not heard anything back from anywhere yet. :(

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what i could do to stop the boredom? I can't officially start working until i am in my terminal leave period which isn't until February anyway.

I think the wife is getting hacked off with me beingaround so much as well!!

It depends if you mean watching or performing - I understand that he's not allowed to work yet.

Take dog out on long walks, go running, ride the bike. I Left the army back in july, dont start next job untill the middle of jan. to be honest i dont know where i am going to find the time to work.
On a serious note keep applying for jobs. Have you thought about voluntary work in the sector you are looking at working.

I know I wouldn't be bored if I was in your shoes

But this time of year is pants for doing stuff that I'd like to be doing, but i could still keep busy doing plenty of stuff

Anytime between April and October is the best time for me
