Sad times. Hope this isn't about you mate. But between petrol & insurance I'm thinking constantly about when I can afford to go for what used to be a normal ride! The fact that it cost 10 times less for a 107 tonne aircraft to take you to spain than it costs to ride there shows (in an oversimplified way) the ridiculous cost of forecourt petrol. This guy probably thought his "actions" were saving a few thousand Argentine Pesos on his insurance policy!

My step son is facing this at the moment, he desperately wanted a posh 125cc bike and now that he has one he has discovered to his horror that it is going to cost him a huge amount to insure it. It is now time for him to get a Saturday job I fear. :mrgreen:

It's that I have to pay 2.8k to insure my car, which I need for work. And if I keep the bike running, I'll be working just to pay bills and just about fuel.
