SV650 seat cowl fit SV1000?
 

Hi all, I've just gotan sv 1000 but it didn't come with the solo seat cover, these seem to be rarer than rocking horse poo or just really expensive, so does anyone know it the pointy 650 seat cowls will fit the 1000, and if so what other bits are the same?

Yes from K3 onwards will fit your thou. They seem to have gone up about £30 since I bought mine a few years back at Robinsons. Plenty on ebay regularly though. Enjoy your thou. Great choice. which model is it ?

It's a k4 s, I've just got some lower fairings and some blue flame cans so just after some fairing brackets and exhaust hangers now as well!

The lower fairings and fitting kit are different on the 1000. Upper fairing is the same except decals. Got BOS cans on mine.

Rear seat cowls for all years of pointy 650 fit SV1000's.

The difference is in the side pannels.

The rear subframes are the same on the K4-K8 SV650 and SV1000, so, all parts are interchangable
