Multi-bike battery charger?
Hi guys, mine and my friends bikes are kept in the same garage and are both fitted with data tool alarms. Is there a charger available to charge more than one bike at a time?
Thanks |
Re: Multi-bike charger???
Not sure. Mine and dads bikes are both kept in the same garage and we just swop between them every month or so. Perhaps just abit more often with an alarm?
Any idea how long it takes to drain the battery? |
Re: Multi-bike charger???
Suppose swapping them over isn't too bad of an idea, simple solutions are usually the best I guess.
I have no idea how long it would take to drain, I'd hope I'd use it before it fully drained but I'd hate it on the off chance if it was dead. |
Re: Multi-bike charger???
It would be ideal to have one that does 2, but I don't know of one. Or, even better, buy a charger each and have two. Then you never have to bother changing?
Maybe every 2 weeks with alarm? I don't know though, iv never had one on a bike tbh. |
Re: Multi-bike charger???
You used to be able to get one, it was the acumen platinum duo. Not sure if you can still get them though.

Re: Multi-bike charger???
Thanks for the help guys! Will have a quick shop around for the acumen duo but failing that ill just buy 2 :-)

Re: Multi-bike charger???
Optimate Pro-2 will do the job. Be cheaper to buy two optimates though!

Re: Multi-bike charger???
When LIDL and ALDI have their bike stuff in, they often sell a battery charger for £12.99, it's a brilliant little charger, does 6 and 12v, cars and motorbikes, and looks like this
