front cylinder and speedo not working

fitted new choke cable, now i think its running only on the rear cylinder and the clocks are not working.
Not got a multi meter to hand but am i right in thinking this will be a lose wire somewhere stoping it from sparking ?

Choke cable? Is that a Curvy SV you've got? (my crystal ball is in for a decoke).
Do you mean the tacho?

You've knocked a wire off the front coil - maybe.

spot on, yes its a curvy, as seen on my signature cheer mate ;)
