All you need is 8 and 12mm spanners.

i know that will help it run through but wont they take forever, i thought need to place air suction to the pipe to pull the fluid through.

im a newbie to brake bleeding and help would be awesome

Get a one man brake bleed kit from halfords for about £5 or if you are really pikey the inner pipe from a bottle of windolene or a kitchen spray will fit over a bleed nipple.
Just don't let the reservoir run dry and use the brake pedal to push the fluid through the system, no air suction device or anything like that is needed.

I use a bit of rubber pipe and a jam-jar. Uber-pikey method. Easy enough for the rear as you can reach your spanner and brake pedal at the same time.
