Re: thoughts on a mv agusta f3
Have a look on mvagusta.net I've had two mv's and should have learnt first time, customer service and parts availability is poor to say the least.
Most have fuelling isues but that's only my opinion I couldn't live with the f4 750 spr or brutale 1078rr. Don't be sold on looks alone like I was. |
Re: Thoughts on a MV Agusta F3?
You only have to look at so many online reviews, even last week with the new MV's, to see that they STILL have fuelling issues. I've never ridden it and cannot comment on any of the above, except to say this is the one thing that keep coming up whenever someone talks about or reviews any of the newer MV range.

Re: Thoughts on a MV Agusta F3?
I was chatting to an F3 owner a while ago & his comments were:-
If you want the fastest sportsbike - DON'T buy an F3 If you want the best handling sportsbike - DON'T buy an F3 If you want the most reliable sportsbike - DON'T buy an F3 BUT If you want the best looking sportsbike that will turn heads everywhere you go & sounds awesome - BUY an F3 Most of us buy bikes with our hearts rather than our heads - so go for it :-) |
Re: Thoughts on a MV Agusta F3?
Get one, such a cool bike!
Then you should replace the stock pipes with an Akra like Gary Johnson had at the TT this year :D |
Re: Thoughts on a MV Agusta F3?
and they do handle...just like any bike will need a proper setup rather than using out of crate settings.
Fueling..just pop a can on it and get it properly mapped. Stunning bikes. |
