Road repair!

Hey! Not sure how many folks use the road that passes the East Kilbride James heritage park but good news....
It's finally being repaired. It used to be like a roller coaster coming off the roundabout! Hopefully it'll be all smooth after the repair/resurfacing!

It wont be smooth! Road resurfacing these days means they pour hot tar over the existing surface then dump a load of stones on it. Then feck orf and leave it nice n gravely! Gets rid of potholes (for a few months) but not much else. Roads near my mums (Irvine) basically have 2inch kerbs now as they have piled up the tar, they look smooth but every bump is still there as you go along.

Rant-tastic!...
