Changes from 2008 onwards?
 

Are there any changes apart from shorter swing arm from 2008 model to 2009 model. Are there any changes from 2009 to 2010?

as far as i'm aware there are only a few minor changes although i think the K3 engine was slightly different in the oil gallery's or somit like that.

K3 silver frame and higher rear subframe.

k4 silver frame lower rear subframe frame

k5-k7 black frame

k7-k8 twin spark and revised rear subframe

k8> slightly revised rear subframe

What K is the latest model, and would any 1 know if a k5 scorpion will fit latest model.

Thank you for the reply. Seems to be heaps of accessories for k8 and older bikes but few for 2010 and later models. This reply helps me to decide if parts may still fit even when the suppliers say they won't fit.

for parts and acc's it can be split into 3

k3

k4-k6

k7 onwards

as for speedo drives that is dictated by the clock face.

K series stopped in 1010 which then got the denotion of L so it goes K3-K9 then L0-L1 and so on but still the same bike as K7 onwards.

Now that really helps..thanks mate.
I read somewhere that the swing arm length changed for the K9 .So guessing the K7 hugger will not fit L0 . Is that correct ?
