Bomber Day - Sat 20th July
 

Short notice but I thought worth asking...

"25th Anniversary of the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre & Bomber Day
Come to the Centre to celebrate our 25 years opening to the public. We will have Lancaster taxy runs and warbird flying displays.

Lancaster taxy runs at 1.00pm and 3.30pm

Avro Lancaster PA474 flying display @ 2.40pm

B-17 'Sally B' flying display @ 3.00pm

Tha Lancaster cockpit should be open for viewing and depending on the Dakota flying schedule we may well have her on site as well.

Adults- £10.00
Seniors- £9.00
Child- £3.00"

Anyone interested? I think it is only £7 / adult on a bike...there are a lot of bike groups going so should be a bikers meet too.

Shame I didn't know about it sooner, I missed the beguk thread from Jan. It would have been a good excuse for everyone to get together.....I'll continue to post when any rides are happening on the small off chance someone will be able to make it but to be brutally honest I ain't holding out any hope lol, we ain't got a track record to speak of have we...

lol you're not wrong, I don't mind a 2 hour ride to meet so long as the day is a good one.....Now I am working locally again and not away each week I can usually get a pass on one day of the weekend so hope to be a little more active for a while
