Good to hear some companies still value customer service.

I suppose a deep fat fryer is considered as essential as running water in Scoland though ;)

Ha! Cheeky! I've never had a deep fat fryer in all my life!
Glad to hear though you got your repaired. It's not often you hear a positive story like that these days. :)
Tell me you don't do mars bars in it?!? ;)

tiz not a deep fat fryer. it's the healthier option of cooking food with hot air :smt023

you chuck oven chips and such like straight in without adding any oil or fresh chips (par boiled) with a spoonful of oil. so far McCain home fries are the best. out the freezer in the Actifry and 10-13 mins later perfect chips. ok so not as good as deep fat fried ones but edible and i actually prefer them.

I bought some engine bars from Adventure Spec last year. On the motorway recently one of the 100mm bolts that goes into the engine vibrated out and onto the road.

Emailed Adventure Spec the next day, explained what had happened and asked if I could purchase a replacement bolt.

Email reply almost straight away asking for my address, bolt dispatched and delivered first class post within 48 hours. No charge.

Now I know the bolts are not really an expensive item but when I lost one from my SV fairing Suzuki dealer charged me £4 for the bolt and £3 postage.

There was also a note from the chap at Adventure Spec saying that sending me a bolt was far preferable to me running around on the hard shoulder looking for my bolt.

Good customer service means I'd definitely recommend them.
