Versys buying advice?

Going to look at an 07 Versys tomorrow, anyone had any experience with these machines?

Might be better off looking at http://www.versys.co.uk/

The older ones suffer from the fairing buzzing at speed. Decent little bikes.

Yeah, fairing buzz is irritating but something that can be solved with some fine tuning.

You'd be wanting to check the condition of the exhaust downpipes/collector for rotting, both the ER6 and Versys suffered pretty badly from corrosion and getting them replaced under warranty.

Apart from that, I don't recall having any issues in the 6000 miles that I owned a Versys for. Really regret selling it actually. Really, really regret it.

I have the red Versys Tourer and apart from it eating its own chain in 6500 miles (still on OE tyres so not thrashing it) its been great.

Cheers, will have a good poke around the pipes.
I've heard about the fairing buzz but that should be easy enough sorted with enough fettling.
