I understand R&D etc but at that price your looking at 8 years in development, clinical trials, human trials, etc might as well be a drug ...

The same goes for baby prams £1000 for a baby pram!!

Additionally they have a lifetime warranty , I know someone that's had his 10 year old pair resoled at least four times and a new booty bit/repair when they leaked. Triggers broom...
