Speedo Sensor Curvy/Pointy

Hi

Are the sv650 curvy and pointy speedo sensors the same/interchangable?

I gone and broke mine :-(

I don't think they are, but do not take my word for it! pretty much whenever I need a new front tyre I have to get/change the speedo sensor as the thing has broken. they are ridiculously flimsy and sh!te!!

Thanks for your reply. Mine was flimsy and broke with no resistance :-) . Following a search on here I have ordered just the inner part of the sensor from Robinsons, fingers-crossed that will be a solution.
