Headstock adustment spanner?
 
Ive got the socket, do i need any special spanner to adjust? Plus i suppose i need to replace any dust seals?

What are you doing changing bearings or what?

Nope, just a hammer & punch.
After releasing the top yoke, raise it up a smidge to give you room to unlock the locking collar and get to the 2nd one. (this won't be an issue if you are removing the yoke altogether)

Checking bearings and regrease.

As daddyjob says you can gently kncok the ring around with a hammer and suitable drift, this is also pretty easy if the top yoke is in place i.e. clearance isn't great compared to when you only have the bottom yoke on. Don't overtighten!
