Sticky throttle bodies?

Hi all,

Just got an 02 vfr800 vtec and have noticed when the throttle is opened fully then when trying to close it sticks, I couldn't remove the right hand switch gear fully to properly grease the cables so jst squirted some in the cable hole and opened and closed the cable, it feels/sounds like it's not the cable but something under the airbox.

Ideas?
