K3 - K5 alternator cover swap - how?

A little while ago I blew up my sv650 K3 I have just sourced and had delivered a K5 engine. Quick question as to how easy is it to swap alternator covers? and anything I should look out for while piecing her (Roxy) back together.

Aren't they the same? You'd just need a gasket?
