Think it said in his autobiography it cost him £2000 a mile. Something like that

He bought it new & only did a few miles in it before selling it, so depreciation kicked in big time

Well that's what you get for buying an expensive car and not using it, I'd drive an Aston until the tyres fell off tbh, they are awesome machines.
