Good luck with finding one, I have seen one on E-Bay in the last couple of days, but the money asked was rather a lot. It should still be up there and it did have a buy it now option.

Go to ebay for levers as well. Very cheap but quite good quality. Plenty of threads on here about them. Obviously they do take a while to arrive.
