Where's good here?
 

I can't find anything listing things around here.

I've recently moved down from Staffordshire. I've found Fowlers but heard mixed reviews.

Where is there that's good to go to look for a new bike :-) ?

Two of my brother in Laws both work in Bristol Fowlers and because of this I am happy to shop there for spares and things like gloves.

However their bike prices are a bit inflated and one of the sales guys in the Honda section does not know his 'arris from his elbow!

There is Bristol Kawasaki centre which I think is on Avon Street, but out of my friends, not one of them has told me anything positive about the place.

There is a BMW bike showroom, but they also stock really terrible Chinese bikes that rust before they leave the showroom floor!

Once you are sorted with your bike, there are plenty of places worth a visit. Cheddar Gorge and Burrington combe are beautiful and nice roads to ride.

As of next month, Weston Super Mare will become an exciting bike Mecca every Thursday throughout the summer. Have a look in the Bike Night 2015 thread for more details.

Another nice ride is the coast road to Lynton and Lynmouth, well worth checking out.
