GIVI/Kappa side rack (PL529/KL529)
 

Hi there :-)

I am currently searching for a GIVI (PL529) or Kappa (KL529) side pannier rack for my SV650 (pointy).

I am also now searching for a GIVI (PL531) or Kappa (KL531) side pannier rack which is designed for the SV1000.

Please contact me if you are willing to sell [or give away ;)] yours for a reasonable price.
Alternatively, if you can suggest anywhere else I might find it, I'd be most grateful.

You will be lucky. They didn't sell well and were discontinued a while back. SW Motech have recently re-introduced their pannier frames.

I see, I was wondering why they were discontinued. I'm in no hurry, so I'm sure something will come along...at some point ;)!

Motech ones great as quick release. Draw backs pricey have to have standard mudguard on and stick out a long way but all in all good

Another idea is wrap over rear seat panniers (not as large but do the same job)

True, although I already have the hard cases ready and I think I prefer the practicality and style of hard cases.
