Pointy Swingarm Play Reduction Shims

at long last i have got some swingarm play reduction shims made up.

these are 0.50mm 316 Stainless Steel and will reduce the lateral play in the swingarm bearings. from all of the pointy swingarms i have had the pleasure of having in my grubby paws most of them have had a +/- 1.20mm play.

these will not however fix worn bearing play which is entirely different, they are designed to be installed when you are replacing or servicing the swingarm bearings.

most people that have taken the play out of the swingarm have reported that the bike handles better in corners and i would also confirm this.

price for these will be £3.50 a pair posted to the UK and like the rest of my products that includes a donation of £1 to help keep sv650.org running.

Lance - I no longer have my SV, however I'd just like to chip in and say, if these are anywhere near as good as your adjuster plates and 'gizmo' - they'll be cracking!

You do a great service to this community....kudos fella

Unless you've bought a Pointy, you shouldn't need these?

Yes please, as you know I recently had my MOT and the guy said that there was a tiny amount of play in my swing arm. When I checked it all, I could not feel it and everything was correctly tightened.

Do you accept PayPal payments?

Bless you Lance, you are a star XXX
