curvy replacement reg/rec?
 

Going to test it first but think I need a replacement reg/rec.

Any suggestions as to where to get one from? Been quoted £200 by Suzuki

I bought a pattern MOSFET from this lot earlier this year, plug & play and less than a new one from Suzuki and arguably more likely to survive longer.

Be a little carful I purchased the RR85 and it would not fit my 02, it hit on the seat cowl and also had the wrong plug, best check if you have a single or double plug before ordering.

I wasted my time on secondhand Suzuki ones, in the end went for Electrex. I've been using them on and off for quite a number of years and it is good kit.

I have one from a Fireblade, required a bit of soldering as had more output wires than needed on the SV650 but it has lasted many years and fitted in the space. Plus it only cost about £10 on eBay. More modern MOSFET ones are probably a better idea though, they generally produce less heat.
