(Yet) Another convert to Triumph
Yes, it has happened to me as well. I absolutely loved the Tiber 800 I had a test ride on but it was just a bit tall and top heavy for me. Yes I could have gone for a lower seat and possibly a lowering kit as well but I had another test ride on the same day and was hooked.
This was waiting for me at Hughenden M40 this morning. Although they could have vacuumed the carpet ;) https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4033/...a840e176_b.jpgUnder the cloth by Trevor Laight, on Flickr And once it was outside it became...... https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4285/...8467735e_b.jpgT100 by Trevor Laight, on Flickr I am one happy camper. Light and compact and it feels so nice and relaxed to ride. Remind me to buy more Autosol. |

congratz Trev, lovely bike :-)
that centre stand looks a bit low for doing chain maintenance. |
Re: (Yet) Another convert to Triumph
Your love it.
But then I'm a Triumph fan boy I guess. Lol. http://forums.sv650.org/picture.php?...pictureid=8270 |
Re: (Yet) Another convert to Triumph
Congrats, lovely looking bike!
Thought you'd have put a post in 'smile of the day' though. ;) |
Re: (Yet) Another convert to Triumph
The centre stand is an option and Steve the sales guy made me aware of the lack of wheel lift as he's seen it before. Triumph say it's meant to be like that for stability but he agreed it was nuts. Will just park it over a slab of half inch ply before I lube the chain.
Will post in the Smile thread too :D |
Re: (Yet) Another convert to Triumph
Well, you did get a free bike cover with it.
Didn't you ? |
