Popcorn time

A guy on SVRider recently bought an SVS and is going through it. He opened the airbox to find this, which isn't going to help airflow much:

That would explain popping in the exhaust anyway. A-maize-d how much is there. I have heard of corn fed chickens but never a corn fed motorbike, there is a bit of extra work turning corn into ethanol before you feed it to your bike engine.

I think you can harvest more power with that airbox especially if you combine it with more carbs.
